Warning: If you've lost your progress it might be because of the platform new Growth update. The game was storing your progress on your profile, so it might have been resetted after the Growth update
Have you rolled back to a previous version? If so, plz provide the version that meets this problem.
@ShadowLynxNo I haven't. I just updated the game multiple times to add failsafe systems to restore player progression in case they lost their progression like it happened to me. Now in the settings there are 3 save slots, so that if one day you login with your account resetted, you can load the previous session save. And for those who have lost their progress before the new save system, they can restore their gold (the system checks their gold in the leaderboard and restores it from there)
@VexyAnd then I also added a secret cheat menu protected by a password so that I could give myself the stats, gear and skills I lost and restore my progression that way

@ShadowLynxAnother player has confirmed me that they haven't lost their progress, it was just me. I don't know why. anyways, since I am the developer and I could just add Admin Cheats to restore my progress, everything is fine.
@ShadowLynxUpdate: Users are losing progress when opening the game from PC after the update, but not from Mobile
